AudioTekt Terms & Conditions

Welcome to AudioTekt. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Overview

​

AudioTekt is a booking marketplace that connects event organizers (“Clients”) with independent talent and vendors (“Talent”), including but not limited to DJs, live bands, sound engineers, lighting technicians, photographers, videographers, and event vendors.

AudioTekt acts solely as a platform to facilitate connections. We do not directly provide or perform services listed by Talent.

2. User Accounts

​

To use certain features of AudioTekt, users may be required to create an account or submit an application.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Maintain the security of your account

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

3. Talent Listings

​

Talent profiles displayed on AudioTekt are created either:

  • By the Talent themselves (once approved), or

  • By AudioTekt after application review

Talent agrees that:

  • All information provided is accurate

  • Media (photos, videos, links) is owned or properly licensed

  • They are responsible for the quality and delivery of their services

AudioTekt reserves the right to approve, edit, or remove any listing.

4. Bookings and Agreements

​

All bookings arranged through AudioTekt are agreements between Clients and Talent.

AudioTekt:

  • Does not guarantee availability, performance quality, or outcomes

  • Is not responsible for cancellations, disputes, or damages

  • Does not act as an employer or contractor of Talent

Clients and Talent are solely responsible for:

  • Pricing agreements

  • Scheduling

  • Payment terms

  • Event execution

 

5. Payments

AudioTekt may facilitate connections between Clients and Talent. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments are handled directly between Clients and Talent

  • AudioTekt is not responsible for payment disputes or failures

If future payment processing is introduced, additional terms will apply.

6. Cancellations and Disputes

​

Any cancellations, refunds, or disputes must be handled directly between the Client and Talent.

AudioTekt may assist in communication but is not obligated to resolve disputes.

7. User Conduct

​

You agree not to:

  • Post false or misleading information

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes

  • Harass, abuse, or misrepresent others

  • Attempt to interfere with the platform’s operation

We reserve the right to remove users who violate these rules.

8. Content Ownership

​

Users retain ownership of the content they submit (photos, videos, text, etc.).

By submitting content to AudioTekt, you grant us permission to:

  • Display it on the platform

  • Use it for marketing or promotional purposes related to AudioTekt

 

9. Platform Availability

​

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to AudioTekt. The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable at any time.

​

10. Limitation of Liability

​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudioTekt is not liable for:

  • Service performance or quality delivered by Talent

  • Losses, damages, or disputes arising from bookings

  • Technical issues or platform downtime

All use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Termination

​

We may suspend or terminate access to AudioTekt at any time if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected

  • We determine removal is necessary to protect the platform

 

12. Changes to Terms

​

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of AudioTekt after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
